What we are doing to keep you and our team safe

In addition to our already existing stringent infection control protocols, we have made important changes to ensure both the safety of our staff and patients:

  • Prescreening measures and questions for all patients will be performed before and during their visits.

  • Social distancing will be observed. Patients will wait in their vehicle until the office is ready to receive them. The patient can text/call front desk when they arrive, the front desk will text patient to come in when the team is ready.

  • Removed magazines and items that can harbor bacteria or viruses of any kind. Hand sanitizers will be positioned throughout the clinic.

  • All patients entering the office are asked to wear a facemask.

  • Record temperature of every patient upon entering the office.

  • We utilize N95 masks, face shields, disposable gowns and goggles while seeing every patient.

  • Providing pre treatment oral rinses for all patients.

  • Require all team members to undergo periodic testing for COVID-19 and antibodies for the earliest detection of exposure should it exist.

  • Record the temperature of every team member each day at beginning and end of work period.

  • Ambient air management with HEPA 13 air filtration continuously in treatment rooms and common areas.

  • Enhanced treatment room disinfection procedures before and after all appointments with mist or fogging devices to access hard to reach places that can be easily missed.

  • Enhanced protocols to reduce or eliminate airborne aerosols during all dental procedures.

  • Payment arrangements in advance to avoid delay and allow contactless exit from the appointment.

  • Comprehensive nightly disinfection procedures of equipment and office fixtures like computers, keyboards, telephones, tablets, chairs, doorknobs, and buttons that may be touched unconsciously.

  • As a result of these measures, fewer appointments may be available during the transition
