Thank you for requesting appointments and, when reasonable, communicating electronically with us. It helps our administrative staff stay efficient during this time of transition.

​

Please take the time to fill out paperwork electronically at least the day before your appointment. The links to forms can be found in your appointment confirmation email, or under forms on the patient tab here on the website. This helps the patient flow

​

Please wear a face mask when entering the office and during your appointment. This keeps our staff and other patients in the office safe. 

​

When possible, please settle your bill electronically. We will email you 

​​​

  • Prescreening measures and questions for all patients will be performed before and during their visits.

​​

  • Social distancing will be observed. Patients will wait in their vehicle until the office is ready to receive them. The patient can text/call front desk when they arrive, the front desk will text patient to come in when the team is ready.

​​

  • Removed magazines and items that can harbor bacteria or viruses of any kind. Hand sanitizers will be positioned throughout the clinic.

  • Record temperature of every patient upon entering the office.​

​​

  • We utilize N95 masks, face shields, disposable gowns and goggles while seeing every patient.

​

  • Providing pre treatment oral rinses for all patients.

​​

  • Require all team members to undergo periodic testing for COVID-19 and antibodies for the earliest detection of exposure should it exist.

​

  • Record the temperature of every team member each day at beginning and end of work period.

​​

  • Ambient air management with HEPA 13 air filtration continuously in treatment rooms and common areas.

​

  • Enhanced treatment room disinfection procedures before and after all appointments with mist or fogging devices to access hard to reach places that can be easily missed.

  • Enhanced protocols to reduce or eliminate airborne aerosols during all dental procedures.

​​

  • Payment arrangements in advance to avoid delay and allow contactless exit from the appointment.

​

  • Comprehensive nightly disinfection procedures of equipment and office fixtures like computers, keyboards, telephones, tablets, chairs, doorknobs, and buttons that may be touched unconsciously. ​

  • As a result of these measures, fewer appointments may be available during the transition
